1. About Us and These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website lotiwins.com and any associated mobile applications (the "Site"), and participation in any prize draw, instant win, or promotional competition operated through it (each a "Prize Draw"). The Site is operated by

SCOREZONE (PTY) LTD, a company registered in the Kingdom of Lesotho under registration number 95024, with its Postal Address: Po Box 913, Maseru, 100, Lesotho ("Lotiwins", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, claiming a free entry, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any specific rules published for an individual Prize Draw ("Draw-Specific Rules"). If there is a conflict between Draw-Specific Rules and these Terms, the Draw-Specific Rules apply for that Prize Draw only.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for, or otherwise use, the Site.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, our services, or how a Prize Draw/ Instant Win works. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site and, where practicable, notifying registered users. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to a Prize Draw you have already entered.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, purchase a ticket, or claim a prize.

  • You must be a resident of Lesotho.

  • Employees, contractors, and officers of Lotiwins, its holding or affiliated companies, its suppliers involved in operating a Prize Draw, and the immediate family or household members of any of the above, may not enter Prize Draws.

  • Only one account is permitted per person. We may require proof of identity and age at any time, including before releasing a prize, and may suspend or close an account and withhold entries or prizes where eligibility cannot be verified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or terminate an account, at our reasonable discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse of the Site, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Your Account

To enter a Prize Draw you must register an account using a valid mobile phone number and password. You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details confidential and not sharing your account with anyone else;

  • all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless caused by our fault;

  • keeping your registered phone number and contact details up to date, since we use them to contact you about draws, instant wins, and prize claims.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us, subject to the settlement of any pending Prize Draw entries, wallet balance, or unclaimed prize.
Prior to account closure, any eligible withdrawable funds must be withdrawn or otherwise dealt with in accordance with these Terms.

5. How Prize Draws Work

5.1 Entry methods

Each Prize Draw states, on its own entry page, the ticket price, the number of tickets available, any per-customer ticket limit, the prizes on offer, and the draw date. You may typically enter a Prize Draw in one of the following ways, as made available for that specific draw:

  • Paid entry: by purchasing one or more tickets from your account wallet balance, at the price (in Lesotho Loti) shown for that draw, including any advertised bulk-purchase discount.

  • Free entry: by using free tickets/ bonus funds credited to your account (for example, through an instant win, loyalty reward, or promotional credit), where the draw permits free-ticket entry.

5.2 Ticket and spend limits

Each Prize Draw may be subject to a total ticket limit and, where stated, a maximum number of tickets per customer. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and a Prize Draw may close early once fully subscribed. We may, in our discretion, apply overall spending limits to protect players, consistent with our responsible play commitments in clause 14.

Limited-ticket prize draws issue ticket numbers randomly to users from their fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness. These draws may also include instant wins.

5.3 Instant Wins and Final Draws

Some Prize Draws combine two mechanics, as described on the relevant entry page:

  • Instant Wins: For every prize draw with instant wins, the instant-winning ticket numbers are randomly assigned from the fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness. An instant win is revealed when you receive a ticket number that has been assigned an instant-win prize.

  • Final Draw: Once the Prize Draw closes (by reaching its ticket limit or its stated closing time, whichever is earlier), the final prizes are awarded as described in clause 7. For every final prize draw, each winning ticket number is drawn randomly from the pool of all tickets issued, using fresh randomness for every ticket number drawn.

5.4 Loyalty points and free-ticket rewards

Where advertised for a Prize Draw, paid entries earn loyalty points (for example, 1 point per M1 of cash entries), credited immediately after a ticket is purchased. Points and free-ticket rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be redeemed only as described on the Site at the time. We may change the points scheme for future Prize Draws on reasonable notice.

All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.

6. Payment, Pricing and Refunds

All prices are shown in Lesotho Loti (M) inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via EcoCash and M-Pesa.

6.1 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of available withdrawable real-cash funds from their LotiWins wallet at any time, subject to account verification and fraud prevention checks.

Where a deposit package includes free funds, bonus funds, free tickets, loyalty rewards, or other promotional credits, such amounts shall not be eligible for withdrawal and shall not be included when calculating a user's withdrawal entitlement.

Of each Maloti amount deposited into your LotiWins wallet from your external mobile-money wallet, 50% must be used to buy tickets into prize draws. The other 50% is withdrawable, subject to sufficient withdrawable cash remaining in your LotiWins wallet.

Promotional balances, loyalty points, free tickets, and other non-cash rewards have no cash value and may not be withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred.

Cash prizes and earned real-cash rewards are credited to your LotiWins wallet and are not subject to the 50% deposit spending requirement in this clause.

Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.

Lotiwins reserves the right to conduct identity, fraud prevention, and account verification checks before processing a withdrawal request.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased and applied to a Prize Draw, except:

  • where required by law;

  • where a Prize Draw is cancelled or void under clause 9;

  • where a payment was taken in error or as a result of a proven technical fault on our part.

7. Draw Process and Winner Selection

LotiWins uses cryptographic random-number technology for instant-win ticket selection, ticket allocation in limited-ticket draws and final prize draws.

For every prize draw with instant wins, the instant-winning ticket numbers are randomly assigned from the fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness.

Limited-ticket prize draws issue ticket numbers randomly to users from their fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness. These draws may also include instant wins.

For every final prize draw, each winning ticket number is drawn randomly from the pool of all tickets issued, using fresh randomness for every ticket number drawn.

An instant win is revealed when you receive a ticket number that has been assigned an instant-win prize.

Draw results, including winning ticket numbers, will be published on the Site and/or communicated directly to winners via their registered phone number, in each case within a reasonable time after the applicable draw date.

8. Winner Verification and Prize Claims

  • We may require winners to verify their identity, age, and account details, and to confirm they meet the eligibility requirements in clause 3, including before processing a withdrawal or delivering a prize that is not credited automatically to the LotiWins wallet.

  • Prizes that are not credited automatically to the LotiWins wallet must be claimed within 20 days of the draw date, after which an unclaimed prize may be forfeited or offered to a reserve winner.

  • All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.

  • Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.

  • Other non-cash prizes will be delivered as described in clause 9.

  • We may publish a winner's first name, general location, and photograph or testimonial (where the winner agrees) for promotional purposes, but will not publish full contact details or financial information.

9. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described on the relevant Prize Draw page at the time of entry. Images are for illustration and may not depict the exact model, colour, or specification of the prize.

  • If a non-cash prize is won – a cash alternative may be elected by the winner. Cash alternative prizes are awarded at 70% of the value of the prize.

  • Prizes are not transferable to another person before delivery or payout, except at our discretion.

  • The winner is responsible for any tax, duty, or other liability arising from a prize, except where we are required by law to withhold or account for it.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • create or use more than one account, or an account in someone else's name;

  • use automated means (bots, scripts, scraping tools) to enter a Prize Draw or interact with the Site;

  • exploit a technical fault or error in pricing, ticket availability, or a draw result, rather than reporting it to us;

  • provide false information during registration, entry, or a prize claim;

  • use the Site for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

We may void entries, withhold prizes, and suspend or terminate the account of anyone who breaches this clause, and may report suspected fraud or unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

11. Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend the Site, or a specific Prize Draw, for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. If a Prize Draw is cancelled after tickets have been sold for reasons within our control, affected ticket holders will receive a full refund or equivalent credit.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Lotiwins name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

13. Liability

We are not liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power or network outages, or failures of a third-party payment or telecommunications provider.

14. Responsible Play

Lotiwins is intended to be a fun form of entertainment. We encourage players to set their own spending limits and to play within their means.

If you believe you or someone you know has a problem with gambling-like spending, please seek independent support.

You may request the closure of your Lotiwins account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, your ability to participate in Prize Draws and use the service will be discontinued, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that require us to retain certain information.

15. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a Prize Draw or the Site, please contact us at complaints@lotiwins.co.ls in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and to resolve them as quickly as possible.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights in relation to it. It forms part of these Terms — please read it before using the Site.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lesotho, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
