Registration rewards
After completing registration and mobile verification, follow the reward reveal and redemption instructions shown on screen. Registration rewards may include points and free tickets for the welcome draw.
A new customer joining through a valid friend's referral receives 30 points and 3 free tickets into the Welcome to LotiWins Prize Draw after completing registration and mobile verification. This replaces the standard registration reward.
Free-ticket rewards may expire. Read the expiry shown with the award and open the specified draw to redeem them while entry is available.
Free tickets
Free tickets let you enter the draws specified by the award. An award may apply to a particular draw or a stated group of eligible draws, so it is important to check its restrictions.
Open Free Tickets in My Account to see your available tickets and expiry information. Use the available redemption action to open the relevant draw, then follow its entry instructions. Some welcome rewards require you to redeem the full available award together.
Points
Points can be awarded for qualifying activities and promotions. You can spend them where a draw offers points entry; they are not a cash withdrawal balance.
The qualifying points you earn during the month also contribute to your loyalty progress. Spending points does not reduce that monthly earned total. Your Loyalty page shows current tasks, tier requirements and progress.
Bonus funds — cannot be withdrawn
Bonus funds are available for prize-draw entries and cannot be withdrawn. They may be included in a deposit offer or awarded as a separately identified prize or reward.
When you pay for a cash entry, real funds are used first, followed by bonus funds if needed. Check both your wallet balance and the entry total before confirming tickets.
Of each Maloti amount deposited into your LotiWins wallet from your external mobile-money wallet, 50% must be used to buy tickets into prize draws. The other 50% is withdrawable, subject to sufficient withdrawable cash remaining in your LotiWins wallet.
Cash prizes and instant wins
All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.
A scheduled draw or an instant win can award Maloti prizes. Real Maloti prizes are withdrawable while available in your wallet. A prize labelled as bonus Maloti remains non-withdrawable and can only be used to enter prize draws.
Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.
Check the prize type alongside the amount. A Maloti prize, bonus Maloti, points and free tickets have different uses, even when they are presented in the same reward reveal.
Keep track of your rewards
If an award or transaction does not look right, contact support with the relevant draw number or reference. Do not share your password or verification PIN.
