Read the label beside each symbol. Entry options, prices and rewards vary between draws.

Cash: a cash amount, cash entry option or ordinary cash prize, expressed in Maloti (M).
Bonus cash: bonus Maloti cash from prizes and rewards for prize-draw entries that cannot be withdrawn.
Points: a reward balance used to determine your loyalty tier level that can be used where a draw offers points entry.
Free tickets: ticket rewards for entry into prize draws specified by that award.
Trophy and prize rank: a scheduled prize and its place in the published prize list.
Instant wins: prizes that may be revealed and credited immediately when instant winning tickets are issued.

Create your account

If a friend invited you, open their referral link before you complete registration.

Open Register and complete the registration form using your mobile number.
Review the terms and follow the mobile verification instructions.
Enter the verification PIN to complete the process, then follow any reward instructions shown on screen.

Find a draw

Browse Prize Draws or choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly to explore a category. Open a draw to see its description, scheduled time, prizes and available entry methods.

Check the displayed ticket price, any total ticket limit and any limit on your own entries. A draw may accept cash, points, eligible free tickets or a combination of the options shown.

Use your wallet

Sign in and open Wallet. Choose Top Up to review the available packages and payment methods, then check the payment amount and any included bonus before confirming.

Cash entries can use real funds, bonus funds or both. Real funds are used first, followed by bonus funds if needed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

Of each Maloti amount deposited into your LotiWins wallet from your external mobile-money wallet, 50% must be used to buy tickets into prize draws. The other 50% is withdrawable, subject to sufficient withdrawable cash remaining in your LotiWins wallet.

Get your tickets

The system allocates ticket numbers. You do not choose them yourself. If a free-ticket reward directs you to a particular draw, follow its redemption instructions and check its expiry. Some registration rewards require all available tickets for that reward to be redeemed together.

Limited-ticket prize draws issue ticket numbers randomly to users from their fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness. These draws may also include instant wins.

Open the draw details and select Enter when entry is available.
Choose the ticket quantities using the payment options offered by that draw.
Review your selection and total cost, then select Get tickets to confirm.
Follow the result shown on screen and check your issued tickets in the draw details or My Prize Draws.

Follow the results

For every final prize draw, each winning ticket number is drawn randomly from the pool of all tickets issued, using fresh randomness for every ticket number drawn.

For every prize draw with instant wins, the instant-winning ticket numbers are randomly assigned from the fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness.

An instant win is revealed when you receive a ticket number that has been assigned an instant-win prize.

Use Winners and Completed Prize Draws to view published results. Your personal entries are available in My Prize Draws after you sign in. If a draw is still in progress or its results are pending, return when the results have been published.

All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.

Real cash prizes are withdrawable while available in your wallet. Prizes identified as bonus funds remain available for draw entries and cannot be withdrawn.

Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.
