Your account and wallet
Amounts use Lesotho Maloti, shown as M. Your account brings together your wallet, prize-draw entries, free tickets, transactions, loyalty progress and referral information.
All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.
Real Maloti cash prizes are withdrawable while the funds remain available in your wallet. Bonus Maloti cash prizes and rewards can only be used to enter prize draws and cannot be withdrawn. Your LotiWins wallet displays the deposit packages on offer, payment options and withdrawable cash available to you.
Of each Maloti amount deposited into your LotiWins wallet from your external mobile-money wallet, 50% must be used to buy tickets into prize draws. The other 50% is withdrawable, subject to sufficient withdrawable cash remaining in your LotiWins wallet.
Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.
