Deposit Package Offers
Sign in to your LotiWins wallet to view available deposit packages, amounts and included rewards. Bonus funds can only be used to enter prize draws and cannot be withdrawn.
View packages in your wallet
Open Wallet and choose Top Up to view your available packages. Check the payment amount, the funds added to your wallet and any included rewards before choosing a package.
Packages and reward conditions can differ. The offer shown in your wallet is the one you select; the public overview does not reserve an offer or determine your eligibility.
What a package may include
Only the benefits displayed for the selected package are included. If a free-ticket quantity is shown as a range, check the reward issued after the successful payment for your actual quantity.
All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.
- Wallet funds for entering prize draws.
- Bonus funds that can be used for draw entries but cannot be withdrawn.
- Points for entry into eligible draws.
- Free tickets, with the eligible draw and any expiry shown alongside the reward.
Deposit methods
Choose from the payment methods currently enabled in Wallet. A method marked Coming soon is not yet available to select.
Available methods can differ between deposits and withdrawals. Check the Withdraw tab for withdrawal options instead of assuming that every deposit method supports both.
Confirm your payment
LotiWins does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Payment processing can be affected by the payment provider or network conditions, so check the displayed status before starting another payment.
- Select a package and review its amount and rewards.
- Choose an available payment method.
- Review the confirmation details and follow the payment instructions.
- Wait for the payment result, then check your wallet and any reward shown.
Understanding bonus funds
Bonus funds can only be used to enter prize draws and cannot be withdrawn. They do not expire. When wallet funds pay for an entry, real funds are used first, followed by bonus funds if needed.
Ordinary cash prizes won from your tickets are withdrawable. A prize described as bonus funds remains non-withdrawable. Your wallet's withdrawable amount shows the cash currently available for withdrawal.
Of each Maloti amount deposited into your LotiWins wallet from your external mobile-money wallet, 50% must be used to buy tickets into prize draws. The other 50% is withdrawable, subject to sufficient withdrawable cash remaining in your LotiWins wallet.
Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.
