Welcome Rewards
Complete registration and mobile verification to see your welcome reward. Follow its instructions to use any free tickets in the eligible prize draw.
Start with your account
Register with your mobile number, choose a password and complete the mobile verification step. Your registration reward is shown as part of the completion flow.
The reward display identifies the points and free tickets issued to you. If a friend invited you, use their valid referral link before completing registration so the referral can be recorded.
Reveal your reward
Follow the scratchcard prompt to reveal the reward. Check the quantity and the named draw for any free tickets.
All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.
When the reward offers Redeem Free Ticket or Redeem Free Tickets, select it to open the draw details. Opening the details does not enter you into the draw: you still need to select ENTER and confirm your ticket selection.
Use your welcome tickets
The welcome draw requires you to redeem the available welcome free tickets together. The entry form shows whether your selection is eligible.
Check the expiry shown with your free tickets and use them before it ends. A free ticket offers entry into its eligible draw; it does not guarantee a prize.
- Open the draw named on your reward and review its prizes and entry details.
- Select ENTER while the draw and your free tickets remain available.
- Choose the free-ticket quantity required by the entry form, then review the selection.
- Select Get tickets and wait for confirmation that your tickets have been issued.
Find your tickets and points
After entry, open My Prize Draws to check your issued tickets. Free Tickets shows any remaining free-ticket rewards and their restrictions.
Points are separate from your cash balance. Use them where a draw offers points entry and check Loyalty for your progress.
