How Do Prize Draws Work?
Each LotiWins prize draw has its own prizes and entry options. Learn how tickets are allocated, how scheduled draws and instant wins work, and how cash prizes are credited to your wallet.

Choose a draw
Open a draw to see its prizes, advertised draw time and entry options. Depending on the draw, you can enter using wallet funds, points or eligible free tickets. Check any ticket cap and per-customer limit before selecting your entries.
Daily, weekly and monthly collections help you browse the available draws. Each individual draw page provides the details for that draw, including its number and current status.
Receive your tickets
Select ENTER, choose the ticket quantities and review the cost before selecting Get tickets. Wait for the confirmation that your tickets have been issued.
Ticket numbers are assigned by the system.
Limited-ticket prize draws issue ticket numbers randomly to users from their fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness. These draws may also include instant wins.
You cannot choose or transfer ticket numbers. Open My Prize Draws to check the tickets issued to your account.
Scheduled draws and instant wins
LotiWins uses cryptographic random-number technology for instant-win ticket selection, ticket allocation in limited-ticket draws and final prize draws.
For every final prize draw, each winning ticket number is drawn randomly from the pool of all tickets issued, using fresh randomness for every ticket number drawn.
Each ticket can win one prize in that scheduled final draw. A customer holding several winning tickets can win more than one prize.
For every prize draw with instant wins, the instant-winning ticket numbers are randomly assigned from the fixed ticket pool using fresh randomness.
An instant win is revealed when you receive a ticket number that has been assigned an instant-win prize.
When the draw also has a scheduled final draw, an instant-winning ticket remains eligible for that final draw.
Not every ticket wins a prize. Check the draw's prize information to understand which prizes are available.
Follow the draw and its results
Use the draw details for its advertised time and current status. When the draw is in progress or awaiting published results, check the same page again for updates.
The Winners page shows recent published winners, while Completed Prize Draws provides an archive of completed draws. Your original draw link remains useful after completion.
Receiving prizes
All cash, bonus cash, points and free-ticket prizes, and all earned rewards of these types, are credited immediately to your LotiWins wallet.
Real cash prizes are withdrawable while available in your wallet; prizes labelled Bonus funds — cannot be withdrawn can only be used for prize-draw entries.
Withdrawals of real cash from your LotiWins wallet are transferred to your external mobile-money wallet within minutes in most cases and no later than 24 hours after you request the withdrawal in Wallet.
Check your account notification preferences for win messages. You can also check your tickets and published results directly without waiting for a message.
Entries and cancellations
After tickets have been issued, you cannot cancel an entry or obtain a refund unless the draw is cancelled.
For a cancelled draw, entry costs return to the appropriate cash, bonus or points balance. Bonus refunds remain non-withdrawable. Free tickets used for entry are returned under the applicable return and expiry rules; check your account for their availability. Instant-win prizes already awarded are kept.
